Fried peppers (tiganites piperies)
- 4 sweet bull's horn peppers
- oil for frying
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- garlic cut in tiny slices for serving (optional)
Wash the peppers and dry them well. Drill the peppers with a fork 2-3 times.
Fry the peppers in 3-4 tablespoons of oil, turning frequently until lightly browned.
Pour the peppers with vinegar, let them a few minutes (1-2) over medium heat to absorb it and serve it with some garlic (optional).
