Easy mushroom pie
Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet
- 10 ham slices, diced
- 10 bacon slices, diced
- 10 cheese slices, chopped
- 400g mushrooms, chopped
- 200g cream
Directions

Lightly grease a round baking tin. Add the puffpastry sheet, covering the bottom and sides of the baking dish. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling, and add to the baking tin as well, spreading evenly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for about 40' until golden.
