Xtipiti (Feta Dip with Roasted Red Pepper)
- 250g feta cheese in pieces
- 2 Florina peppers (or other sweet, red peppers), roasted and cut
- ⅓ hot chilli pepper
- 4 tbs of olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp of paprika powder
Place all the ingredients in a blender or mixer and blend them until smooth. Serve the dip/spread by adding some olive oil with roasted bread or pita bread.
