Watermelon Ice Cream
- 600g watermelon (the red part without seeds)
- the juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tbs sugar
- 100 ml cream milk
Blend the watermelon with the sugar and the lemon juice. Beat the cream with a whisk until whipped. Mix the watermelon blend with the whipped cream.
Transfer the mixture into an ice-cream bowl and leave it in the freezer for 7-8 hours, stirring it with the whisk or the mixer two to three times during this period to increase the froth.
