  • Complexity: easy

Ingredients

  • 250 g. (8.8 oz) sugar
  • 1 teacup of honey
  • 75 g. (2.6 oz) butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 215 g. (7.6 oz) oat porridge
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • some salt

Directions

  1. Pave the metal bottom of the oven with parchment paper and preheat it at 190°C (374°F). Beat sugar with the butter or margarine in a mixer until the mixture is fluffy and white. Add the honey and continue beating.

  2. Add the eggs one by one and continue beating. Mix the baking powder and salt with the oat porridge. Pour them into the butter mixture, add the walnuts and continue whisking until the ingredients have blended.

  3. Take pieces of dough with a spoon and drop them into a baking pan, leaving enough room between them, since they will spread a lot with baking. Bake in a moderate oven for 10' to 12' minutes. Allow the biscuits to cool off well in the pan, before consuming them.
