Ingredients

  • 150g grated feta
  • a little garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup dill
  • 3/4 cup grated anthotyro or manouri
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, chopped
  • 3-4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato passata
  • artichoke hearts (optional)
  • 1/2 onion, sliced

Directions

    1. 1. Prepare the dough by following the basic recipe
    2. Brush the pizza base with olive oil, add the tomato sauce, then the anthotyro or manouri, the garlic, olives, pepper, dill, artichoke (if using), and finally the feta. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180° C.
