Ingredients

  • 2 apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • a little cinnamon

Directions

  1. Cut the apples into cubes, put them in a blender together with the yogurt, honey apple juice and cinnamon, and blend. Serve immediately.
