Fried small fishes
- 500 g. fresh anchovies, whitebaits or other small fishes
- enough flour for dusting
- salt, pepper
- oil for frying
- lemon for serving
Wash the fish and let them drain well. Add salt and pepper.
Dredge the fishes in flour and fry from both sides in hot oil till they get a nice color.
Remove from the pan, let them for some minutes on absorbent paper and serve the fishes by adding some lemon.
