Grease a round baking dish (30 cm) and preheat the oven at 180° C. Beat the eggs with the milk. Add all the other ingredients in the bowl with the eggs and blend the mixture thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and bake for approximately 35΄-40’ until golden brown. Serve hot or cold and, if desired, dust with plenty of icing sugar and a dash of cinnamon.
