Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes and drain. Slice the sausages. In a pot, heat 1tbsp olive oil and fry the sausages until brown on both sides. Remove with a slotted spoon and add the rest of the olive oil.
When the olive oil is heated, add the onion and celery and sautee for 3 minutes. Add the potatoes, garlic, pepper, and cumin and stir for 1-2 minutes. Add the wine and savory. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are soft. Add the sausages back to the pot and stir for 4-5 minutes.
