Vanilla cream with honey
Ingredients
- 1 liter fresh milk
- 120g corn flour
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- honey, to serve

Place the milk and vanilla in a pan and heat at medium heat withouing. Pass the mixturethrough a fine sieve.

In a bowl, mix the corn flour and sugar. Add a little of the filtered hot milk and mix.

Place the rest of the filtered milk at medium heat and, before the milk starts to boil, add the corn flour mixture, mixing constantly until combined.

To serve, pour the cream into small bowls or glasses and place in the fridge. Before serving, add a litle honey and cinnamon, if desired.
