- 4 large pears, peeled
- 300g mascarpone
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 200ml sweet white wine
- peel of 1 lemon
- 200ml whipping cream
- 100ml sweetened condensed milk
- In a small pan, add the wine, sugar and lemon peel. Bring to a boil, then carefully add the pears and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until softened. Remove using a slotted spoon and place in a clear bowl. Simmer the wine syrup further, until about 2-3 tbsp remain.
- Whip the cream, Then add the sweetened condensed milk, the syrup, and mascarpone, and mix with an egg beater until smooth. Add the mixture to the bowl with the pears. Place in the fridge for a few hours and serve.
