Easy butter biscuits with sweetened condensed milk
- 220g fresh butter, cubed
- 130ml sweetened condensed milk
- 250g self raising flour
- a pinch of salt
Mix the butter and milk, then add the flour and salt, and continue mixing until you have a smooth dough.
Line a baking tin with parchment paper and make balls with the dough, placing them on the tin apart from each other. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° C for no more than 15 minutes. Leave the biscuits to cool before eating or storing.
